Eligibility Criteria for NER Recruitment
Educational Qualification
Given below details are required by the candidates who apply for this NER Recruitment 2022:

| 1 | Sports Person | For the posts having GP-Rs.1900/2000: Pass in 10+2 or its equivalent.
For the post having GP-Rs. 2400 (Technical): Pass in 10+2 in Science i.e. Maths or Physics or equivalent. For the post having GP Rs. 2800: A University Degree or its equivalent. Period of Reckoning Sports Achievements: The Sports achievements of current & previous two financial years will be taken into account for eligibility. Therefore, the sports achievements of 01.04.2019 or after will only be considered. |

| Category – B | World Cup (Junior / Youth / Senior). World Championships (Junior / Senior). Asian Games (Senior), Commonwealth Games (Senior), Youth Olympics, Davis Cup (Tennis), Champions Trophy (Hockey), Thomas Cup / Uber Cup (Badminton). |
| Category – C | Commonwealth Championships (Junior / Senior), Asian Championships / Asian Cup (Junior / Senior), South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior), USIC (World Railways) Championships (Senior), World University Games. |

Selection Procedure
- Selection will be based on the Performance in trial and evaluation of sports and educational achievements.
Application Fee
For all candidates except those mentioned in Sub-Para (ii) Below:
Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only), with a provision of refunding Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred Only) to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the trial. After deducting bank charges.
For Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with disability / Women / Minorities and Economic Backward Class:
Rs.250/- (Two Hundred Fifty Only) with a provision of refunding the same to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Trial. After deducting bank charges candidates in this category should check their eligibility thoroughly before applying. Fee in respect of candidates who are ineligible, but still apply, shall not be refunded.
